What the Purchaser is responsible for

1. Tax of Property Conveyance

  • Up to 15,000 €: Tax: 7% or 9%
  • Over 15,000 €: Tax: 9% or 11%

Note :
     - These factors are valid when there are no other exemptions (first residence etc).
     - (7% or 9%) and (9% or 11%) it depends on the existence or not of Fire Brigades.

2. Local Government Organisation Tax (ΟΤΑ)

  • 3% on the total delegation tax
3. Notary's Fee

  • About 1,5%-2% on the recorded price in the contracts
4. Lawyer's Fee

  • Up to 44.020 €: Reward: 1% and Reward for Deeds of Property 150-300 €
  • Over 44.020 €: Reward: 0.5% and Reward for Deeds of Property 200-450 €
5. Brocker's Fee

  • Whatever it has been agreed on (1% ~ 2%), depending on the estate's value as well as on the Company's provided services.

To sum up, the Purchaser has to pay an additional to the Estate's purchase sum of money 10-15% 10-15%.
(However, if this estate is the first residence, the percentage is reduced a lot).
